Our methodology delivers a program that is designed to be broad and inclusive for people of all fitness levels. Universal scalability of load and intensity provides results for any committed individual from beginners to elite. Our programming regimen reflects our belief that fitness needs for grandparents, fire fighters, teachers, police, nurses and everyone in between differ by degree not kind.

One of the things that separates us from other fitness facilities, and even other CrossFit boxes (gyms), is our determination to actively monitor your progress. We set goals high, and work hard to reach them!

I’ve only been doing this CrossFit thing for 3 weeks now. It was very intimidating at first, and still is. However, I am finding myself becoming more addicted. Not so much to the difficulty of the workouts and sweating (LOL) but to the sense of community, over-coming obstacles (not only on the CrossFit scene but with life), having energy to play with my kiddos and just wanting to become stronger at everything! Your coaches are awesome, and I highly admire each one of you for making us try harder and building our confidence in our new fitness journey

CrossFit Q.F.E. has been awesome so far. I really enjoy the “team like” atmosphere and camaraderie amongst the class. Having people around that push you to do your best will always yield good results. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to improve their overall health and that is willing to be challenged on a daily basis. I look forward to going as often as I’m able. I started CrossFit 3 weeks ago after not exercising/working out for over a year. Over the past 3 weeks I have become somewhat addicted to CrossFit. I am happy to say that today I just ran almost 2 miles without stopping, whereas before I now I couldn’t run a quarter mile without being completely exhausted….I feel stronger, and more energetic than ever. Thanks to the coaches for helping me be a better me. Can’t wait to see where I will be in the future of my CrossFit quest.

I used to hate the gym, so needless to say walking into a CrossFit gym for the first time was beyond scary. Everything I had ever seen about CrossFit looked crazy and miles beyond my level of fitness. However, joining CrossFit Q.F.E. has changed all that! Now, I hate when I miss a day at the gym. I miss the community of friends and coaches, I miss the challenge of tackling the workouts as prescribed and I miss the chance to push myself to be stronger than I was the day before. To walk into a CrossFit gym you only need the desire to want to be a better/stronger you and the drive not to give up when your mind tells you to quit. Every day I now have the opportunity to implement effort, and transformation comes after 100% effort is given. CrossFit Q.F.E. has given me the daily opportunity to workout with friends that encourage and amazing coaches that push you to your full potential! I LOVE CROSSFIT Q.F.E!

To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t going to do CrossFit. I was so skeptical about the whole movement, which admittedly, I knew very little about. I was happy with my fitness routine of running, yoga and an occasional dumbbell workout. But that all changed, thanks to a good friend who convinced me to come and try out CrossFit Q.F.E. I am now a converted crossfitter! This whole experience has been a welcomed change to my fitness routine. The whole coaching staff (Daniel, Matt, Hollie, Kenny, Josh and Dane) are very professional, knowledgeable, committed, and downright FUN! They are always coaching and giving you constant support! In my 6 weeks with Q.F.E. I definitely haven’t mastered many of the skills, and I may never will, but I can say I look better, feel better, and I am stronger!

When the option to do CrossFit became available, part of me was excited and the other part was mortified. However, I made the commitment and joined. After less than two months of consistently going, I can’t imagine myself doing anything else! I love knowing that when I walk in the door, there is already a workout for me to do (and will challenge me). The coaching at CrossFit Q.F.E. is phenomenal and the support that we all give each other is so encouraging. CrossFit has positively impacted all areas of my life----physical, mental, family, friendships, and even allowed me to reach out & encourage others when they have mentioned the desire to change. I can honestly say, it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made!
