Joining CrossFit Q.F.E. is not like joining a traditional “gym”, but rather like joining a group or team. We invite you to come in and check out the box or peek in a class so that you can experience our program. If you feel the fit is right, all you will need to do is fill out the appropriate paperwork and we’ll take care of the rest. Upon signing up, we require new members to take 3 foundations classes. These classes are to familiarize you with the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit and give you a taste of the workouts that we do. After completion of those courses, we allow you to start attending our regular classes. But don’t worry, we will scale or modify your workout and movements, so that you are able to participate no matter what your current fitness level is or isn’t.
